Get The Strength Program Your Team Needs

TEAM OFF-SEASON PROGRAM 
    
The team off-season program is built into your time frame with your equipment.  You will recieve the work out charts and a percentage chart that will work specifically for this program.  I will also include specific directions to follow.

TEAM IN-SEASON PROGRAM 
    The team in-season program is a designed maintenance program to keep your athletes at the level they started the season with, and may actually improve some of them.  Football seasons are long and you must keep them in the weight room to help prevent injuries.  You will receive the work out charts and a percentage chart that will work specifically for this program.  Directions to follow.

TEAM PRE-SEASON PROGRAM 
    The team pre-season program is designed for your summer workouts.  It is designed to push your athletes to peak out before camp.

TEAM OFF-SEASON PROGRAM PLUS INDIVIDUAL WORKOUT 
    You will recieve the team charts and the individual workout program.  The individual workout is an excel formula sheet that has been designed to automatically kick out the weights used in the athletes workout.  It saves coaches and players time by not looking at a chart to see what they are lifting for that particular day.  The automatic sheet only covers their core lifts.
